The Production Supervisor position is an integral player in Baldinger’s success. These individuals serve as coach, mentor, and instructor for our team members on the production line. The Maintenance Manager oversees the St. Paul Maintenance Department. The position is responsible for troubleshooting and solving of problems related to the bakery equipment and facility including all electrical controls and related components associated with the processing of finished goods and building services.
Applies electrical theory and related mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry in plant. This position will interface with manufacturing and building systems.
