The Maintenance Supervisor assists in the overseeing of the St. Paul Maintenance Department. This department functions within a state of the art facility, producing goods in a highly automated, LEED qualified bakery, with modern equipment and support systems. The position is responsible for troubleshooting and solving of problems related to the bakery equipment and facility including all electrical controls and related components associated with the processing of finished goods and building services. As a maintenance leader, this role mentors and supports the training needs of a growing staff of skilled mechanics and technicians, as well as, troubleshoots and solves of problems related to the bakery equipment and facility.
The Production Supervisor position is an integral player in Baldinger’s success. These individuals serve as coach, mentor, and instructor for our team members on the production line. They drive safety, process, and ensure consistency, superior quality, yield, and efficiency. They possess a solid working knowledge of formulations, functionality of ingredients, and strive for continuous improvement.
Applies electrical theory and related mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry in plant. This position will interface with manufacturing and building systems.
A Production Helper works in a fast paced, dynamic bakery environment. This position is relied upon learn a variety of duties quickly and to adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line.
