Applies electrical theory and related mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry in plant. Assembles and tests motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers,PLC’s, solenoids, and other electrical/mechanical equipment and components according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles. This position will interface with manufacturing and building systems.

The Maintenance Supervisor assists in the overseeing of the St. Paul Maintenance Department. This department functions within a state of the art facility, producing goods in a highly automated, LEED qualified bakery, with modern equipment and support systems. The position is responsible for troubleshooting and solving of problems related to the bakery equipment and facility including all electrical controls and related components associated with the processing of finished goods and building services. As a maintenance leader, this role mentors and supports the training needs of a growing staff of skilled mechanics and technicians, as well as, troubleshoots and solves of problems related to the bakery equipment and facility. This position is for afternoon and evening shifts.
