Henry & Rebecca Baldinger emigrate to the U.S. from Eastern Europe and establish a small local bakery in St. Paul, MN.
Baldinger expands into a larger facility, where they are located for 58 years – serving breads, buns, and rolls to local businesses and patrons.
Baldinger expands its customer base to serve many regional restaurant chains.
The company builds a larger bakery facility where the business is located until 2011.
Baldinger forms a partnership with Canadian-based Sons Bakery. Sons commissions a new bun facility in Calgary in 1984.
Sons acquires Brampton Bakery outside of Toronto.

C.H. Guenther & Son acquires Baldinger Bakery and related bakery facilities, bringing added resources and investment to further expand capabilities.
